Out of Print?!

'Fraid so. The final copy of the Limited Edition of The Portable Galactic Empire is gone. In a vast oversight on our part it seems the demand for our little game has exceeded the supply. Honestly, we're very pleased. For the record, 42 copies were made (by hand), assembled (by hand) and signed and numbered (by hand). And as of this week, 42 copies have been handed over to proud new owners, who we hope are having a grand old time conquering the universe. Or at least building great monumnets to themselves.

Not to worry, plans for the next edition, to be refered to as the Standard Edition, are well under way. We should have copies of that version of the game by the end of June. So far, so good.

We also have big plans for the web space. Hopefully, very soon, we'll have our very own forum where you can wax philosophic about strategy, house rules. You can of course leave us notes here or on the game page at Board Game Geek. Or even send us an email.

Thoughts on the Limited Edition

Well, hopefully, you've had a chance to play the limited edition, and you probably have some thoughts on what you like, what you dislike, and what you think would make the game better (I'm still pushing for the "The David Always Wins" rule myself).

Enter a comment and let us know what you think!
